Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a compassionate Medication Nurse (LPN) to support patients on their recovery journey. You will screen patients, administer methadone, and monitor progress in a patient-centered environment.

The role offers a daytime schedule (6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday) with a pay range of $22–$25 per hour plus a bonus structure, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN, LVN or RN.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone as prescribed, ensuring safe dosing.
• Evaluate and assess patients to determine treatment; observe response.
• Collect urine samples and monitor lab work and physicals.
• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills
