Job summary

You will practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing standards, deliver relationship-based care, and maintain PHI security while contributing to professional nursing practice and daily clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Experience with surgical/medical floors preferred.
• Understanding of patient privacy and PHI compliance.

7 Surgical is a 26 bed General Surgical/Medical floor that care for general surgery patients, as well as overflow from our sister 2 Surgical floor

What You Will Do

• Functions in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohio board of nursing.
• Completes/submits required documentation.
• Delivers effective relationship based nursing care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
• Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
• Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
