Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing and Ohio LPN license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers through AHA; IV therapy course completed or eligible.
• Proficient with EPIC and basic computer tasks; able to multi-task in patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RN or physician for patients from infant to adult.
• Deliver nursing services in accordance with LPN scope and MetroHealth standards.
• Uphold mission and customer service values while coordinating patient care.
