Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing.
• Current LPN license for Ohio with IV therapy certification.
• Current BLS certification through the AHA or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with venipuncture and blood specimen collection.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task by managing EPIC In-basket and patient flow.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between facilities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
• Deliver nursing services to patients and families in accordance with LPN scope of practice.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
