Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

You will administer medications per physician orders, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents for changes, and ensure regulatory standards are met to support residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
