• Monitor residents for symptoms, administer medications for relief, and report any adverse reactions or refusals promptly
• Conduct SHUs and transcribe physician orders to support care plan updates
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Manage medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, ensuring adherence to the Six Rights of Medication Administration
