Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support within our care facilities. You will administer medications, monitor residents' health, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

You will follow physician orders, maintain MAR/TAR in real time, observe for changes, report adverse reactions, and help update care plans while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong assessment and documentation abilities.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.

Responsibilities
