Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, accurate clinical documentation, and safe medication administration for residents. You will monitor health status, follow physician orders, and contribute to care plans in a regulated, quality-focused environment.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and prior experience in senior care or medication administration. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred

Pay Range

31.90 - 42.60
