Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver licensed nursing support, administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents’ health, and document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time.

You will follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, report adverse reactions promptly, transcribe orders, support care plan updates, and observe any physical, emotional, or cognitive changes. Sunrise offers health benefits, retirement plans, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred

Pay Range:

31.90 - 42.60
