Job summary

Mercy Hospital Perry is seeking an LPN - Med Surg to provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision, coordinating with other departments to ensure quality and safety.

This part-time night position (20 hours per week) requires licensure in Missouri and BLS certification, with LPN-IV certification needed for Missouri within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
• LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire for LPNs in Missouri
