Job summary

Haywood Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 38-bed Med/Surg unit. You will work nights in a 3x12s schedule, with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, supporting compassionate care and safety.

The role emphasizes procedures, patient prep, injections, and charting, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina or compact state LPN license required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with visit prep: vitals, history, and information from patients.
• Prepare exam rooms for patients.
• Assist with procedures as directed by the provider.
• Assist with collection of lab samples and injections.
• Document care and education in the medical record.
