Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; PN program graduate.
- Must hold an active state LPN license in NC.
- CPI certification within 3 months for Behavioral Health, per policy.
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsabilités
- Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support quality, safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
