This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum, caring for acute medical-surgical patients as well as swing bed patients transitioning from hospital to home. Our nurses play a vital role in promoting healing, independence, and exceptional patient experiences.
Education
Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
