St Luke’s in Idaho is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Medical/Surgical and swing bed patients in our nonprofit critical access hospital. You will deliver patient-centered care within an integrated health system, contributing to healing, independence, and positive patient experiences.

Your role includes caring for acute medical-surgical patients and those transitioning from hospital to home, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current BLS-CPR certification.
• LPN licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for acute medical–surgical patients and swing bed transitions.
