Premier Health Partners is seeking an LPN to perform med pass and IV duties in a 12-hour shift schedule. The role requires Ohio LPN licensure and current BLS certification, with responsibilities including direct patient care and collaboration with the nursing team.
The LPN will ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies, providing holistic patient support while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Licensed Practical Nurse administers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contributes to the implementation of patient care. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The LPN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/ indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Diploma Program Diploma Program
Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current healthcare provider BLS certification required prior to completion of orientation
Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience
