Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate care in a senior living environment. Administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, and monitor residents for symptom relief while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
