Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate care and protect resident health. You will administer medications, document in MAR/TAR in real time, and monitor residents under physician orders.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong assessment skills. Prior senior care or medication administration experience is preferred. Sunrise offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
