Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate medication administration. You will administer medications per physician orders, document in MAR/TAR, and monitor residents for changes, ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires an active LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and strong assessment and documentation skills. Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.

• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:
