Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications per orders, monitor residents, and maintain accurate MAR/TAR documentation. You will help ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate care in a senior living environment.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, timely reporting of changes, and collaboration with care teams to support residents’ quality of life and health outcomes.

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs).
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

Pay Range: 26.55 - 35.40
