Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate care and protect resident health. You will administer medications, transcribe orders, and support care plans while maintaining MAR/TAR records with precision.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and demonstrate strong assessment and documentation skills. Prior senior care or medication administration experience is preferred for this role.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain medication carts and complete narcotic counts.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration

• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates

• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
