Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and observational skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions or refusals promptly
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations
