Job Overview

The LPN Medication Care Manager provides quality care by administering medications and treatments safely, in accordance with regulations and Sunrise policies, to promote the highest quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Availability required every other weekend and an additional weekday shift.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and risk management protocols.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' dignity.

Qualifications:

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN, LVN) or equivalent credential.
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
