Job Overview

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care by administering medication and treatments safely. Responsibilities

  1. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  2. Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality.
  4. Participate in resident care planning and team meetings.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and policies.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of medication areas.
  7. Report concerns and participate in safety and risk management activities.
  8. Support team and community safety initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent credential.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Strong communication and judgment skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and react calmly in emergencies.
