Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, ensuring safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

You will administer medications following physician orders, document in MAR/TAR, monitor residents' symptoms, report adverse reactions, and uphold safety standards with a focus on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.

• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations
