You will transcribe orders, support care plan updates, and ensure narcotic counts are accurate while maintaining medication carts and compliance standards for resident wellbeing.

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
