• Monitor residents' symptoms, administer medications for relief, and report any refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs), transcribe physician orders, and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents.
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and uphold regulatory standards.
