Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license required.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician.
• Document medication administration in nurse's notes accurately.
• Maintain safekeeping of all medication stock and related records per state and DEA guidelines.
• Dedicate most work hours to medication administration activities; perform other duties as assigned.
