Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our MAT/OTP team in Massachusetts. You will work under supervision to administer medications, document care, and support patients in recovery from opioid use disorder.

We offer generous PTO, 403(b), educational assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and a mission-driven culture. Monday–Friday hours with occasional Saturdays, at a rate of $36.00–$38.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts LPN license required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and delegate to other caregivers.
• Proficient in state/federal/DEA guidelines and nursing records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate medication stock and records in compliance with guidelines.
• Chart nursing notes promptly and accurately.
• Conduct urine collection and processing and document results.
• Perform assessments for individuals in recovery from substance use.
• Collaborate with health care team while respecting patient autonomy and rights.
