Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist residents with medications and treatments.
• Measure vital signs and weight, collect specimens as needed.
• Communicate with physicians via phone, fax, or forms; implement orders.
• Document in Nursing Notes and resident charts; maintain incident reports.
• Supervise Wellness staff and assist in service plan development.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and team meetings; perform other duties as requested.
