Job summary

St. Mary’s Highland Hills in Watkinsville, Georgia is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join our assisted living team. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and monitoring health needs on a 3pm–11pm rotating shift.

You will collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to maintain care plans, document care accurately, and promote a compassionate, safe environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or LVN license in Georgia.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork commitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and patience for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care and medication administration.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and logs.
