Towerroadpostacute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing setting in Marietta, GA. This full-time role supports residents under the supervision of an RN or physician and requires applying physician orders, administering medications, and documenting care with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report findings promptly to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents, including required documentation.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other procedures within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
• Provide routine nursing care to support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being, and document care accurately.
