Job summary

VI is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TidePointe Community in Hilton Head Island, SC. You will deliver direct resident care, identify needs, and implement interventions while coordinating with the care team to improve outcomes.

Candidate should have LPN nursing education, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications. Prior geriatric experience and basic computer skills are preferred. Pay ranges from USD 26.32 to 32.90 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to have graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as LPN is preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
• Food handlers certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents by identifying needs and implementing prescribed interventions and evaluating outcomes.
• Communicate and collaborate with the care team to resolve care problems and improve care delivery.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
