Vibra-Travels seeks a Travel LPN/LVN – Rehab to join a nationwide network of healthcare professionals. You will support patients in rehabilitation settings while traveling across the country, ensuring mobility, ADLs, and care coordination.

A single recruiter model and assignment-to-assignment coverage are offered. Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the employment state, 2+ years in rehab or acute care, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel by air and ground

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• 2+ years of rehab or acute care experience.
• Experience assisting with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air/ground transport.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS may be required by clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care in rehab-focused settings.
• Assist patients with mobility and ADLs to promote independence.
• Travel to assignments nationwide and work with multiple facilities.
• Coordinate care and communicate with supervising clinicians.

VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Travel LPN / LVN – Rehab to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We’re looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience supporting patients in a rehabilitation-focused setting. If you're ready to help patients recover and transition toward independence while traveling the country, this is your opportunity!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a rehab or acute care setting required
• Experience assisting with patient mobility, activities of daily living, and care coordination preferred
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment required
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients; ACLS may be required by client
• Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels and/or client
