Job summary
Willowbrook is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN to provide direct nursing care in a long-term care setting in Pendleton, OR. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to policies, document care, and coordinate with physicians.

Qualifications
- Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per regulations.
- Chart nurses' notes and transcribe physicians' orders as required.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Provide leadership to nursing personnel and supervise shifts.
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
