Job summary

Willowbrook Manor is seeking an LPN to provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care across shifts under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs and ensure continuity of care, serving as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

The role requires current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and typically 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care. Join a national network focused on compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
