Triple Crown Senior Living’s Cardinal Landing Memory Care in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our healthcare team part-time and PRN. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support residents in a warm, home-like environment.

Current LPN/LVN license in Kentucky, BLS certification; ACLS preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Kentucky.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with composure.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide compassionate care, maintaining patient comfort and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records per facility policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and healthcare team members.
