Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking an LPN for our memory care communities in Danville, KY. The role focuses on resident care, safety, and collaboration with RA/CNA staff to deliver compassionate service in a secure, dignified environment.

Candidates should hold a current LPN license in Kentucky and CPR certification, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state plus CPR certification.
• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care per each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
