22nd Century Technologies, Inc. in Maine (Westbrook) is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. The role focuses on medication administration, patient monitoring, documentation, and resident-centered care.

The shift is evening (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM) with 40 guaranteed hours per week for a 14-week assignment, working in a facility with an interdisciplinary team and strong emphasis on resident advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document resident conditions.

Job Overview
