Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time role at our Westminster facility. The position supports patient care on a 3 × 12-hour shift pattern (6:30 am–7:00 pm), with a scope to provide nursing care under RN direction in a 36-bed hospital.

Expect a competitive hourly rate, shift differentials up to $4/hr, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, telehealth, and education assistance. Prior inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the relevant state or compact state.
• BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Deliver patient care in an age/population-appropriate manner according to PAM Health policies.
