PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN. The role involves data gathering, reporting, and executing orders while maintaining therapeutic procedures for patients in an acute care setting.

The position offers hourly pay of $30–$40 with a potential $4.50/hr shift differential, full benefits, and opportunities for growth within PAM Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gathers and reports data, carries out orders, and performs therapeutic procedures on patients.
• Care is age- and population-appropriate and aligned with PAM Health policies and guidelines.
