Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Westminster, CO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for full-time, 3×12-hour shifts (6:30 am/pm–7:00 pm/am). You will provide nursing care under an RN, document data, and perform therapies per unit policies.

Education includes current LPN/LVN licensure and BLS, with IV certification within 90 days as required.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required; AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under an RN on the unit, following orders and policies.
• Gather and report data, perform therapeutic procedures as directed.
• Care for patients in an age-appropriate, population-appropriate manner.
