Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver 1:1 home-based care. You will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support personalized care plans in a flexible, ongoing schedule.

Join a team offering full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus ongoing clinical support and training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.
