Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home-based care in our local service area. You will deliver personalized nursing services in patients' homes, monitor health status, administer medications, and support approved care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
