Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Home Care LPN to provide direct patient care in the home setting. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and support individualized care plans while working with a dedicated local team.

All opportunities include orientation and ongoing clinical support. Available shifts include day, evening, and overnight, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options.
