- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.

- Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision on the unit.
- Care for medically complex or critically ill patients requiring extended hospitalization.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
- Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
