PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide skilled nursing care under an RN on the unit. Duties include data gathering, reporting, following orders, and performing therapeutic procedures for patients in age-appropriate care.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN/LVN license in the state, has a BLS certification (AHA approved within 90 days), and IV certification if required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Holds current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required and AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment if state regulations require it.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Deliver age- and population-appropriate care per PAM Health policies.
