Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, AL is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join the LPN Nursing Float Pool. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, utilizing the nursing process to support Med/Surg, Pediatrics, OB/Post-Partum units.

Completion of a Practical Nursing program and an active LPN license are required. BLS is required within 30 days; ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months; PALS for OB within 90 days.

• Completion of a Practical Nursing program.
• Current State LPN License required.
• BLS certification within 30 days; ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months; PALS required for OB within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Under RN supervision, provide direct patient care per nursing process.
• Contribute to plan of care and document patient care.
• Assist in activities of daily living and monitor patient status.
