Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN. The role focuses on maintaining safety, ensuring patient comfort, and improving the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

Qualifications include LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, and a current BLS; healthcare experience is preferred. This is a full-time daytime position with comprehensive benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.
