Job summary
Iconma, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse in Kaneohe, Hawaii to support primary care, urgent care or emergency settings. The role focuses on administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, documenting responses, and coordinating care with physicians and other health professionals.
The ideal candidate has an active LPN/LVN license, at least one year in healthcare, experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred), phlebotomy and vaccines, and strong
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the United States (any state)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing is a plus
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EMR) systems; Epic preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
- Evaluate patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document responses.
- Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities.
- Perform routine health assessments and ensure patient well-being.
- Coordinate access to care and connect patients with community resources.
- Conduct medication reviews for side effects and interactions.
- Develop and administer mental health assessments.
- Document medical histories accurately in EMR.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized clinic environment.
