Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• LPN licensure in Hawaii required.
• Active CPR/BLS card required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing duties: escorting patients, preparing for exams, recording vitals, observing symptoms, and reporting to the provider.
• Prepares patient records, maintains medication/treatment logs, and coordinates with other departments.
• Directs and supervises other clinical staff within scope of practice.
• Screen calls to determine if an appointment is needed and relay provider instructions to patients.
• Assists in other offices as directed; maintains sanitary conditions and orders supplies.
• Maintains time/attendance per company policy and adheres to policies.
• Completes tasks timely and demonstrates quality work within authority.
• Demonstrates good organization and can-do attitude.
• Walking 85%, sitting 15%, lifts 25 lbs with occasional heavier loads.
